JobSummary:We are looking for an experienced Tableau Visuals Expert to join our Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, dashboard design, and Tableau development. You will play a key role in supporting existing dashboards, enhancing visualizations, maintaining data accuracy, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide insightful and impactful reporting solutions.

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain existing Tableau dashboards across various business units
- Enhance visuals and user experience based on stakeholder feedback and data insights
- Perform annual updates to dashboards, including target updates and KPI refreshes
- Ensure dashboard performance, scalability, and data accuracy at all times
- Collaborate with data teams, business analysts, and leadership for reporting needs
- Provide support in troubleshooting, bug fixes, and dashboard improvements
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development and data visualization
- Strong knowledge of Tableau best practices, dashboard optimization, and data storytelling
- Experience in supporting, enhancing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying to support data validation and source management
- Experience with data blending, calculations, LOD expressions, and parameter actions
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into effective visuals
- Familiarity with data governance, data security, and version control practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
