JobSummary:We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Alteryx Expert to support our Financial Analytics (FA) teams. The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Alteryx and similar data automation tools, with a deep understanding of business data and process optimization. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data flows, performing data validation, and driving root cause analysis to ensure data integrity and reliability across financial dashboards and reporting pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Design and build complex Alteryx workflows to support Financial Analytics (FA) initiatives
- Validate and test data logic, ensuring high accuracy and integrity of financial data pipelines
- Lead root cause analysis for complex data issues, providing actionable recommendations and fixes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into automated workflows
- Mentor and guide junior analysts and ensure best practices in data automation and governance
- Continuously evaluate data processes for optimization opportunities and introduce process improvements
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in data analytics and automation using Alteryx
- Proven expertise in building, optimizing, and maintaining complex data workflows
- Strong skills in data logic validation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Deep understanding of financial analytics data processes and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis for critical data issues
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and validation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field
