JobSummary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in Alteryx or similar data automation tools to support our NRP-A expansions, Segmentation analysis, and Performance Dashboards initiatives. The role will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining data flows, ensuring data logic accuracy, and conducting root cause analysis for data issues. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring data reliability and supporting business decision-making processes.

Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain data workflows for NRP-A expansions, segmentation, and performance dashboards using Alteryx or equivalent tools
- Validate data logic, perform testing, and ensure accuracy of outputs
- Identify data quality issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve inconsistencies
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with reporting needs
- Document data flows, logic, and processes as part of data governance and compliance
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, data workflows, and automation using Alteryx or similar tools (e.g., KNIME, Dataiku, SSIS)
- Strong knowledge of data logic, testing, validation, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in managing data flows for dashboards and reporting platforms
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis for data inconsistencies and ensure corrective actions
- Good understanding of business data in areas like NRP-A expansions, segmentation, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
